These can be a bit of a chore, can they not? I'm an easygoing chap, looking to have fun, conversation and company. I love my work as a musician. I've built up lots of canny clients over the years in theatres and dance companies etc. and don't have to do much that I don't like.So there's some evening work and some flexibility and no Faustian Pact with a malevolent corporate target based management structure.Which is nice.

There's a lot of literary left leaners on here which is great. I think of myself as well read but on closer inspection, my reading has dropped off dramatically since I stopped using public transport. And in the past, a lot of it was Hard Sci-Fi: Asimov, Bradbury, Clarke, to quote Martin Prince.

For fun, I see a lot of live (and recorded) comedy. After being a regular at the Edinburgh Fringe for 20years(as a punter,though I keep applying for work there) it was like a dream when The Stand Comedy Club opened a branch in Newcastle. Beautiful venue. We are now in the age of the comedy podcast. I love hearing comedians chat. It's one of the few things tech has brought us recently that I would have killed for as a teenager.

I have always exercised. Run for 20 years. Like badminton, squash,weights and walking. Still chunky.

I'd hope I could sustain a chat over a coffee , or covfefe, with most people. My favourite cafe is sbonder at live and so on .
I just want someone to have fun with,share, talk and care. Give Pete a Chance.
