On that scale that says whether we are an extravert or an invert, I feel in the middle. There are times I prefer to stay home and watch TV, be in my peace and quiet life. I am Tall and Thin. I love walking or swimming that is where most of my exercise comes from although I may have to hit the treadmill or to strengthen the muscle again before I go back to the doctor for them to tell me to try it.
